The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioning unit was quite loud and disrupted sleep. Management seemed overwhelmed with complaints about missing items and issues during checkout.

I absolutely loved the spacious room with two big beds! The pool area was perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Free coffee in the lobby all day kept my energy up, and being close to shopping and parks is a major plus!

I initially expected a budget motel experience, but was pleasantly surprised. The spacious rooms were comfortable, with heavenly beds; the bathroom facilities were impressive. Staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. attempts to extend my stay became overly complicated. The front desk had policies that seemed more convoluted than necessary. The decor, while showing its age, added a certain charm, although cleanliness was a concern in a room I first occupied. Location was ideal, with attractions nearby and a Wawa right across the street. Despite some issues with room maintenance and confusing policies, the potential is there. With improved management and consistent cleanliness, this place could shine. A fair shot, but proceed with caution.

The bed was super comfy, just what we needed after long days. They had free coffee and water every morning, which was a nice touch.

The room was spacious, which initially felt promising. the AC unit was overly loud and only made the space freezing cold, disrupting sleep. The bedding lacked proper covers, and the carpet was stained, contributing to an unpleasant smell. The bathroom showed signs of neglect, with outdated fixtures and cleanliness issues. While there was a basic gym and a pool, these amenities didn’t enhance the overall experience. The location was convenient, situated on bus route 111 from the airport, but the lack of cleanliness and comfort in the room overshadowed its benefits.

The staff genuinely care about your stay and are super responsive. They offer a sweet vending machine with drinks and ice, plus a Dunkin Donuts right next door is a game changer!
The cleaning could definitely use some serious attention.

I had such a rough stay. The bathroom was a nightmare—no light, clogged fan, and roaches everywhere. Plus, the hallway felt unsafe with a homeless person charging their phone. It’s truly unsettling. I won’t be back!

Okay, so when we checked into Palms, the air conditioning in our room was such a relief after a long day of travel. The sitting area was cozy and perfect for unwinding. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of free toiletries in the bathroom. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for some evening entertainment, but the carpeted floor looked like it could use a good deep clean. Despite that, the staff did their best to keep things tidy. I must say, the beds were comfortable and the sheets seemed clean. But the bathroom was a bit small and smelled strongly of bleach, which was a bit overpowering. The shower pressure was quite low, and to top it off, the water was shut off for over an hour during our stay. Not to mention, the side door didn't lock properly, which made us feel a bit uneasy. Another thing to note is that the cleaning policy was a bit strange - they only clean the rooms when you leave and charge extra if you want cleaning during your stay. And the fact that there were people hanging around who seemed to be under the influence of something, made us feel a bit uneasy.

The pool view at The London Orlando was about as exciting as watching paint dry.

Great location near various amenities, including restaurants, a car wash, and gas stations. Easy access to major highways for exploring nearby cities like Miami and Tampa. Affordable rates with nearby dining options.
Issues with cleanliness in some rooms and maintenance problems like clogged toilets and unreliable hot water. Lack of in-room amenities like a phone and poor Wi-Fi connectivity.

During my recent stay, I loved how easy it was to explore so many attractions nearby, like the exciting K1 Speed, which is only about 1.5 km away, and SeaWorld, just a bit over 6 km down the road, making it a fantastic hub for adventure in the city, and there are also great dining options within walking distance, such as Dunkin' and Pollo Tropical, both just a few steps away! The hotel provides basic amenities that are helpful for quick trips, but I noticed some areas could use a little updating to enhance the overall experience.

The bed was comfy, and parking was easy, but that’s where the positives end. The cleanliness was a huge issue—cockroaches in the bathroom and stains everywhere, which completely ruined any hygienic feeling. Dealing with management was frustrating; they seemed indifferent, and despite promises of compensation for the inconvenience, I received nothing after I checked out. Plus, the area felt unsafe, with reports of thefts in the parking lot. Housekeeping staff were nice, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. It’s hard to relax knowing these issues are lingering.

The pool was nice & the receptionist was friendly. Lots of food places nearby & close to the mall. Plus, the coffee they served was good. Location was great for us as we wanted to be near the mall for Christmas shopping.
The cleanliness was lacking, some things broken. Area seemed sketchy at night.
